Job Summary
Staff Systems Analyst for the CIAM team within the Digital Core Services portfolio. Collaborate with internal clients, coordinate with IT professionals, and provide advisory support to identify solutions. Act as a liaison between business areas and IT, participate in global projects, gather and clarify development needs, define system requirements and specifications, support testing of new developments, document changes, and train users. Requires a IT degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years in systems analysis or related fields, strong English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Preferred: knowledge of software development and test automation (Java, Python, web tech), multinational project management experience, familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). The role emphasizes understanding business processes, taking initiative, and collaborating across multinational teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in IT (at least BSc) or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, project management, or a similar field
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, openness, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
