Job Summary
Accept incoming service requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system, then troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Document all tickets and solutions within the system to maintain accurate records while collaborating with colleagues on complex problems. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes within this growing organization. This role offers a challenging starting position with a salary between €3,200 and €4,000, including 25 vacation days and hybrid work options. Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een MBO 3 diploma in een relevante richting, zoals ICT-beheer
- 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Basiskennis van IT en computersystemen, met name Windows-besturingssystemen en Office 365
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs
- Bereidheid om te leren en zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied
