Medior/Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Manage planning, progress, budget, and delivery for multiple digital projects, acting as the liaison between clients, Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders. Monitor expectations across all parties, generate project status reports, and continuously improve processes in collaboration with other Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters. Ensure projects are delivered within scope while maintaining quality, structure, and team motivation. Requires HBO level with minimum 3 years experience, proficiency in Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall, and familiarity with Jira or DevOps tools. Full-time hybrid role in Driebergen with competitive salary, 26 vacation days, and 8% holiday allowance.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Project Manager of Delivery Manager
- Bekendheid met methodieken als Scrum, Agile, Waterfall en/of Water-Scrum
- Verdientheid om meerdere digitale projecten tegelijk te begeleiden en overzicht te behouden
- Kritisch, stressbestendig zijn en strakke deadlines bewaken
- Helder communiceren met klanten en collega's
- Ervaring met Excel en tools als Jira of DevOps
