Medior Legal Services Lawyer Private Equity

As a Medior Legal Services Lawyer for a Private Equity client portfolio in Amsterdam, you will provide a full range of legal and corporate secretarial services, coordinating with other Legal Services Lawyers and collaborating with Relationship Managers and the Financial team to deliver timely, high-quality work. You will prepare/review resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney and related documents; coordinate and review legal documentation for approval and adoption of financial statements; identify compliance risks; manage daily administration of client entities and corporate legal matters under supervision; maintain client files with accurate documentation; coordinate deadlines across corporate matters; assess legal and fiscal aspects of client structures and proposed transactions; proactively identify potential liabilities; communicate professionally with clients, shareholders, advisors and other parties; and build/manage professional relationships with clients. Requirements include 2-4 years of experience, Dutch and English proficiency, Dutch law education (Bachelor/Master), knowledge of Book 2 Dutch Civil Code and basic accounting, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup with some home-office flexibility. The role is full-time (40 hours) with Amsterdam as the location and offers a competitive remuneration package and benefits.
