Job Summary
Analyze client needs and identify bottlenecks within Epic environments to translate functional requirements into concrete, workable solutions. (Re)implement and optimize Epic functionalities that align with daily practice while collaborating with healthcare professionals, project teams, and stakeholders to realize results. Contribute to successful optimization projects and share insights during team sessions, workshops, or knowledge meetings. Work across various locations in the Netherlands, sometimes remotely, on diverse tasks requiring flexibility and curiosity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als consultant, applicatiebeheerder of projectmedewerker bij (her)implementaties en/of optimalisaties van Epic
- Eén of meerdere Epic-certificaten
- Goede kennis van zorgprocessen
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Een referentiecheck kan onderdeel uitmaken van de sollicitatieprocedure
Desired Qualifications
- Servicegericht, besluitvaardig en kunt doorpakken wanneer dat nodig is
- Nieuwsgierig, flexibel en gemotiveerd om in verschillende werkomgevingen te leren en te groeien
