Job Summary
Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures while translating regulations like PSD2, DORA, and the AI Act into actionable processes. Advise colleagues from Risk, Product, and Sales on complex CDD, KYC, and AML issues, ensuring the organization remains compliant without stifling innovation. Conduct reviews of automated processes and data flows to identify risks early, then communicate findings and improvement opportunities to stakeholders. Facilitate compliance awareness through training sessions and collaborate on scaling the platform within evolving European legal frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld rechten, bedrijfskunde, criminologie of economie)
- 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een brede compliance-rol, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare werkomgeving
- Een stevige basis in de Wwft
- Bekend zijn met relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen de financiële sector, zoals PSD2, DORA en de AVG
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Pragmatisch ingesteld
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
- Het lef om gesprekken aan te gaan en verbeterpunten bespreekbaar te maken
- Nieuwsgierigheid en een proactieve houding
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met de Duitse GwG of BaFin-richtlijnen
