Job Summary
Develop cost estimates, budgets, and indications based on key performance indicators to provide strategic advice to clients across design phases. Lead projects for large-scale new builds and renovations of utility buildings, including laboratories, hospitals, data centers, and airports. Create alternatives and optimizations within design teams while addressing sustainability challenges and managing lifecycle costing, asset management, and risk. Develop the internal installation cost database and guide change order processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients from initial request through project completion.
Required Qualifications
- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau met technische achtergrond
- minimaal 5 jaar ervaring (Vastgoed, Bouwkunde, installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar)
- ervaring in het bouwkosten vak
- beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal
- kunt goed plannen en organiseren
- werkt graag samen in teamverband en met relaties in de brede organisatie
- wordt enthousiast van internationale samenwerking

- ervaring mee vanuit de industrie en aannemerij
- gevoel voor getallen en verhoudingen
- denkt graag mee in oplossingen
- bent digitaal gedreven
- beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- brijngt kennis en ervaring mee op het gebied van kostenmanagement
- werkt nauwkeurig
- bent doortastend
- resultaatgericht
- soms met een aanvullende specialisatie of RICS opleiding
