Job Summary
Develop new features and maintain existing functionality for the ICA Retail App, focusing on shopping lists, store offers, and member services. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams in Sarajevo. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements throughout the development lifecycle. Join a long-term partnership with ICA, where you will work alongside Swedish colleagues in a dedicated office environment with flexible hours and five weeks of paid vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional Android development experience
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Experience with Coroutines, Hilt/Dagger, and the Android SDK
- Experience with MVVM and Android Architecture Components
- Good understanding of Android UI/UX guidelines
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Bitrise)
- Experience building enterprise-level Android applications
- Experience with TDD, CI/CD workflows, and reactive programming using RxJava and Kotlin Flows
- Strong focus on code quality and test coverage
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Full-time, on-site position in Sarajevo

- Experience working with a mixed Compose and XML codebase
