Conduct psychiatric patient care during shifts by examining, prescribing treatments, and administering therapies following established therapeutic plans and protocols. Document diagnoses, treatments, and patient evolution in medical records while monitoring internal and external examinations. Resolve patient issues, issue various certificates, reports, and opinions to meet legal requirements, and participate in public health actions and surveillance processes. Admit patients, complete full medical records, request complementary exams, and prescribe medications during the shift. Submit written or computerized shift reports and verbal handovers before leaving the post, adhering to the Medical Code of Ethics and internal hospital regulations. Maintain active CRM and hold a complete medical degree with residency in the field.
