MÉDICO GASTROENTEROLOGISTA - HOSPITAL DIA VILA GUILHERME (ZONA NORTE)

Conduct daily gastroenterology examinations, prescribe treatments, and document diagnoses and evolutions in patient records while adhering to the Medical Ethics Code and internal regulations. Admit patients humanely, verify documents, and execute preventive or therapeutic resources to promote patient well-being. Communicate medical information to families and participate in health actions, quality programs, and multidisciplinary planning for admissions and discharges. Report compulsorily notifiable diseases to competent authorities, collaborate on protocol implementation and research, and attend specialized meetings and trainings. Maintain informed leadership and staff regarding activities and problems under responsibility.
