Act as the technical responsible for the regional SESMT, formally assuming responsibility before competent authorities. Prepare and sign regulatory documents including PCMSO, PCA, and PPR, while supervising credentialed clinics to verify compliance with NRs and the PCMSO. Conduct occupational exams for admission, periodic checks, return-to-work, and dismissal, issuing ASOs and disability aptitude reports. Manage worker absences by interfacing with Social Security and managers to plan clinical monitoring and readaptation. Deliver low-complexity spontaneous medical care on-site and lead training sessions on occupational health, EPIs, and ergonomics. Plan health promotion campaigns and provide technical support to internal areas regarding aptitude, restrictions, and social security legislation. Serve as a technical reference for other locations by offering remote guidance and opinions.
