Conduct occupational health programs including PCMSO management, admissionals, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations. Analyze ICD codes for causal links and refer employees to INSS when necessary. Monitor absenteeism indicators to propose preventive actions and evaluate technical areas for health promotion. Organize the occupational health sector, lead health promotion campaigns, and provide technical support to management for strategic decisions. Participate in technical and managerial meetings. Requires Medical degree with Occupational Medicine specialization and RQE. Schedule includes day and night shifts with initial training availability.
