Assume technical responsibility for the SESMT of the designated regional area, formally accountable to competent authorities. Prepare, sign, and manage occupational health documentation including PCMSO, PCA, and PPR in compliance with applicable regulations. Supervise credentialed clinics and external providers to ensure technical conformity of medical exams and reports. Conduct occupational medical examinations for admission, periodic, return-to-work, job change, and termination scenarios, issuing corresponding health certificates. Manage worker absences due to illness or accidents by coordinating with social security, client management, and health professionals for clinical monitoring and return planning. Deliver low-complexity spontaneous medical care for clients on-site and lead training sessions on occupational health, PPE, and ergonomics. Provide technical support to internal client areas and offer remote guidance to other regional locations.
