Act as the technical responsible for the SESMT of the designated regional, formally assuming responsibility before competent authorities. Prepare, sign, and technically respond to required regulatory documents, including PCMSO, PCA, and PPR. Supervise credented clinics and health providers to verify compliance with norms and protocols. Conduct occupational medical examinations for admission, periodic checks, return to work, and dismissal, issuing corresponding health certificates. Manage worker absences due to illness or accidents by coordinating with Social Security, management, and medical assistants to plan return-to-work processes. Deliver low-complexity spontaneous medical care for on-site workers and lead training sessions on occupational health, PPE, and ergonomics. Support internal areas on labor aptitude and legislative matters while serving as a technical reference for other locations through remote guidance.
