Conduct medical occupational exams including admissionals, periodic, return-to-work, and termination cases while managing the PCMSO program in strict compliance with NR-7 and Portaria 3214/78. Analyze CID codes to evaluate causal links and occupational relationships, then refer employees to INSS when necessary. Monitor absenteeism indicators to propose preventive actions and perform technical assessments of work areas to promote health and prevent injuries. Organize the occupational health sector, lead health promotion campaigns, and provide technical support to management for strategic decisions. Participate in technical and managerial meetings. Requires a Medical degree, Occupational Medicine specialization, and RQE. Schedule includes day and night shifts; initial training is offered during business hours.
