Act as the technical responsible for the regional SESMT, formally assuming responsibility before competent authorities within the designated territory. Prepare, sign, and technically verify compliance documents including PCMSO, PCA, and PPR. Supervise credentialed clinics and health providers to ensure laudos and ASOs meet regulatory standards. Conduct occupational exams for admission, periodic, return-to-work, function change, and dismissal, issuing corresponding ASOs. Manage workers on sick leave or accident, coordinating with Social Security and managers for clinical monitoring and return planning. Deliver low-complexity spontaneous medical care for on-site workers and lead return-to-work processes with aptitude assessments and functional adaptations. Train workers and managers on occupational health, disease prevention, PPE, and ergonomics. Execute health promotion campaigns and provide technical support to internal areas on labor aptitude, restrictions, and social security legislation. Serve as a technical reference for other MRV&CO locations, offering remote guidance and opinions as needed.
