Perform both emergency and elective orthopedic surgeries, manage admission records and legal documentation, and refer patients to other specialties when necessary. Interpret physiological mechanisms and guide treatment for conditions suitable for surgical intervention, ensuring ethical conduct and adherence to medical standards. Support the development of clinical fields by participating in technical meetings, case presentations, and partnerships with teaching institutions for residency and internship programs.
