MÉDICO CIRURGIÃO GERAL

Conduct patient care according to demand, perform physical examinations, formulate diagnostic hypotheses, and refer patients and complementary exams when necessary. Execute general emergency and elective surgeries, prescribe treatments, interpret exam results, and issue diagnoses while applying preventive or curative resources. Manage patient records in admission documents and medical charts, refer patients to other specialties as needed, and communicate with families or companions regarding necessary clarifications. Adhere to the Medical Code of Ethics and internal regulations, maintain order of materials and equipment, and participate in technical-scientific meetings and case presentations. Support the development of internship fields, research, and residency programs through partnerships with educational institutions and supervise residents and interns under evaluation. Location: Hospital care (Zona Leste and Zona Sul).
