Job Summary
Coordinate technical and assistential activities for Occupational Health, ensuring compliance with current legislation and excellence in care processes. Manage the PCMSO, overseeing afastamentos, return-to-work, and occupational case follow-up while analyzing occupational health indicators. Integrate Occupational Health processes with Corporate Health and Benefits areas. Graduate in Medicine with specialization or title in Occupational Medicine and experience in Occupational Health coordination. Strong knowledge of Regulatory Norms, especially NR-1 and NR-7, and experience managing PCMSO, afastamentos, and return-to-work. Knowledge of eSocial (events S-2220 and S-2240), occupational health indicators, and SOC system is a plus. Location: Centro - Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
Required Qualifications
- Graduação em Medicina com Especialização/Título em Medicina do Trabalho
- Experiência em coordenação de Medicina do Trabalho
- Conhecimento sólido das Normas Regulamentadoras, especialmente NR-1 e NR-7
- Experiência na gestão de PCMSO
- Vivência em gestão de afastamentos e retorno ao trabalho
- Local: Centro - Rio de Janeiro/RJ
