Conduct home-based medical care for patients with complex chronic pathologies and medical emergencies in the Basque Country. Perform anamnesis to gather patient and caregiver data regarding symptoms, medical history, and allergies. Execute physical examinations, review latest diagnostic tests, and assess nutritional and psychological status. Deliver global patient valuations, issue CIE10-coded diagnoses, and prescribe treatment plans or care protocols. Explain all treatments and care plans to patients and caregivers, documenting them in the clinical history. Provide discharge directly in the home or arrange referrals to the reference hospital as needed. Report any significant incidents to coordinators or supervisors. Requires a Medical Degree or equivalent foreign title.
