Job Summary
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician sought for a 100% outpatient, adult-only panel in a rural Oregon Rural Health Clinic. Collaborative, team-based primary care with strong APP support; lean, physician-led culture; and opportunities to care for medically complex chronic disease populations. Schedule is Monday–Friday with an expected patient volume of 18–20 per day and a very light call burden (phone-only). After-hours concerns are handled via nurse triage. Compensation includes a base of $325K with RVU incentive, a $25K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 34 days PTO year one, CME allowance and licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing chronic disease in adults and thrive in a community-focused health system. Location: Stayton, Oregon within the Willamette Valley; excellent quality of life and outdoor recreation opportunities offered by the Oregon lifestyle.
