100% outpatient Internal Medicine opportunity in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine; adult-only patient panel; established patient base with strong community need. Collaborative, team-based primary care environment in a Rural Health Clinic setting with lean, physician-led culture and strong APP collaboration. Practice includes managing medically complex chronic disease populations with a flexible, relationship-driven model; schedule Monday–Friday with 18–20 patients per day and a shared clinic call with very light after-hours burden. Compensation includes $325K base with RVU incentive, $25K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 34 days PTO, CME allowance, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
