Medicine Pulmonary Registered Nurse - Days

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care; promote patient and family centered care; educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care; participate in patient safety and quality initiatives; develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family; assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and tailor care to patient values and preferences; this is a safety-sensitive role with a 12-hour day-shift schedule at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
