Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician sought for a traditional outpatient practice in Philadelphia, PA. Join five experienced physicians and one NP in an Eastwick Primary Care setting; responsibilities include caring for the whole family in an outpatient, non-acute environment with EPIC EMR, on-site point-of-care lab, in-network referrals, and ACO clinical wraparound support. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with 15–20 patients per day.
