Job Summary
Provide direct care and medication assistance to residents in an assisted-living setting, keeping accurate care records and following physicians' orders, state laws, and medication procedures. Requires completing or maintaining First Aid and CNA/CNA-related certifications, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Experience in assisted living is preferred. This role involves adhering to medication policies and procedures and supporting residents to meet community expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- First Aid Certification
- CPR may be required
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification state certifications (as applicable)
- ability to speak/read English fluently
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- experience in assisted living (preferred)
