Job Summary
Medication Technician role focused on administering medications to residents under physician orders and nurse supervision, ensuring compliance with facility policies, documenting medication administration, identifying and reporting medication errors, and participating in quality assurance and ongoing education. The position requires a licensed Medication Aide, adherence to nursing standards, strong documentation and communication with health services staff, the ability to follow state regulations, and support for resident safety and confidentiality. Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Must possess/licensed Medication Aide with state-approved training and examination per state laws
