Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to seniors. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. This Medication Technician role supports Brightview Senior Living's mission to deliver top-notch services and foster a supportive, inclusive environment where employees contribute to the joy and well-being of our seniors.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA)
