Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while looking for changes in their day and personal care needs to update their Resident Care Plan with the nurse. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Required Qualifications
