Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services and assistance with activities of daily living for memory care residents. Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs, then collaborate with nurses to update Resident Care Plans. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities while maintaining a positive attitude. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and certification as a Medication Aide or Technician. This role offers a salary range of $23.00 to $26.50 per hour.
