Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) while looking for changes in their day and personal care needs. Work with nurses to update Resident Care Plans and encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. This Medication Technician role focuses on memory care overnight shifts, offering a supportive environment at Brightview Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, PA, VA, RI).
