Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with nurses on updating Resident Care Plans. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. This role supports seniors in memory care settings, fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes their joy and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, PA, VA, RI).
