Job Summary
The Medication Technician administers and assists with prescribed medications for residents in an assisted living/memory care community under supervision, documents administration including drug, dosage, route, and time, monitors resident responses and vital signs, maintains electronic medical records, adheres to state medication guidelines, and provides compassionate personal care and support to residents; multiple shifts available and duties under RN/LPN supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Each team member who assists or administers medication shall be authorized by the applicable state governing authority.
- Meet requirements of the state assisted living medication assistant guidelines.
