Job Summary
Manage and distribute monitored medications while serving as the first point of contact for medication-related questions from patients, the treatment team, and community partners. Coordinate with prescribers, pharmacy staff, and office support teams to ensure correct medications are delivered on schedule, complete required paperwork and medical records, and document non-billable clinical events in the electronic medical record. Provide mentorship and guidance to other treatment team employees, demonstrating flexibility when temporarily assigned to other clinics to ensure coverage during absences. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- CPR certification (Post hire as needed)
Desired Qualifications
- One year of medical experience working with medications
- Medical Assistant certification in state of practice
- Pharmacy Technician certification in state of practice
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in state of practice
