Job Summary
Conduct daily nursing care and service for residents in accordance with personalized care plans, assisting with activities of daily living including dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, and mobility needs. Prepare and administer medications per health care provider instructions within the scope of Grand Living's license, maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Operate under the general guidance of the Director of Health and Wellness, ensuring all interactions align with community standards and processes. Requires a Certified Medication Aide License, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds while standing or walking continuously. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Medication Aide License
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Schedule: Weekdays + Rotating weekends
