Job Summary
Administer medications per the Six Rights of Medication Administration; monitor and support residents with ADLs; provide direct resident care and contribute to a clean, safe environment; mentor and train new caregiving staff; collaborate with dietary, activities, maintenance, and other teams; maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and accurate medication records; ensure ISPs are reviewed and changes reported to supervisors; promote a respectful, professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of CBRF medication administration training and required CBRF core trainings (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid/Choking, and Resident Rights)
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
