Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) while looking for changes in their day and personal care needs to update their Resident Care Plan with the nurse. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. This role involves working directly with seniors in a supportive environment at Brightview Senior Living, where you contribute to their joy and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA).
