Job Summary
Medication Technician for a 7pm-7am shift at Heartful Care SRIM, responsible for supervising residents' self-administration of medications, assisting with ADLs, dining service, light housekeeping, and laundry, providing compassionate resident interactions, supporting activity programming, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and policies. Demonstrates teamwork, trains/mentors new staff, and participates in ongoing trainings; essential personnel during emergencies and inclement weather; maintains clean, orderly environments and responsive communication with residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Medicine Technician (Med-Tech) certification
