Medication Tech

Administer proper medication passing procedures to residents while assisting with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. Monitor changes in functional status, document observations, and advise supervisors as appropriate. Assist in developing and updating Resident Care Plans, encourage participation in scheduled programs, and conduct one-on-one or small group activities. Perform laundry, light housekeeping, meal service, and chaperone outside community activities. Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, including all mandatory HIPAA and regulatory training. Maintain confidentiality and attend all in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
