Medication Tech (CMT or QMA)

Administer medications to residents while monitoring reactions and maintaining accurate records of vital signs and medication incidents. Prepare verbal and written reports on medication administration outcomes and document facility incidents as required. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations by following established procedures and reporting issues to the direct supervisor. Maintain familiarity with residents' medical records and medication administration logs. Requires CPR and First Aid certification, state-specific medication dispensing certification, and weekend/holiday availability.
