Job Summary
Administer medications to residents while monitoring reactions and maintaining accurate records of vital signs and medication incidents. Prepare verbal and written reports on medication administration outcomes and document facility incident reports as needed. Stay familiar with residents' medical records and ensure all procedures comply with state and federal regulations. Report any issues or problems to the direct supervisor while exemplifying the company's mission of dignity and compassion in senior care. Weekend and holiday availability required for full-time and part-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Medication dispersement certification for the given state
- 1+ years experience
- Prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industries
