Job Summary

Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, grooming, and routine vital sign assessments. Assist in managing care plans while maintaining infection prevention protocols and a clean clinic environment. Utilize Point-click care software for documentation and scheduling under the direction of a licensed nurse. Maintain confidentiality and report any patient changes to the healthcare team. Requires one year of geriatric experience in a nursing home setting. Flexible scheduling includes day, evening, night, and rotating weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Medication Tech (CMT)
  • CNA
  • Must be willing to work short staff
  • Must understand that care is first
  • Must have one year of geriatric experience
  • Previous experience working with individuals in the nursing home setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within a clinical environment
  • Must be able to work under the direction of an LPN/RN
  • Must be available for Every weekend
  • Must be available for Holidays
  • Must be available for Monday to Friday
  • Must be available for Night shift
  • Must be available for Overnight shift
  • Must be available for Rotating weekends
  • Must be available for Weekends as needed
  • Must be able to work In person
