Job Summary

Provide assistance with activities of daily living, escort tenants to meals, and manage housekeeping duties including cleaning non-dwelling units and monitoring safety hazards. Administer medications as directed, monitor supplies, and document care in tenant charts while maintaining a social model of living. Conduct rounds when supervisors are unavailable, respond to emergency alerts, and participate in staff meetings and training. Assist families with health questions and support tenants with self-administration. Requires Medication Manager Certification and prior nursing home experience.
