Medication Manager (86421)

Provide grooming, dressing, and bathing assistance to residents while monitoring health status changes and reporting significant updates to the nurse. Prepare and serve meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and manage laundry and housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, and garbage removal. Engage tenants in spiritual, educational, and physical activities while maintaining the activity calendar and offering companionship. Review the Staff 24-Hour Communication log daily to document changes in service needs or health conditions. Follow infection control guidelines, safety policies, and resident rights regarding privacy and dignity. Work effectively in a team setting with minimal supervision.
