Job Summary
Under the direction of a Pharmacist, perform pharmacy-related functions in compliance with department policies to provide optimal pharmaceutical care. Maintain accurate medication histories for patients while adhering to state registration and certification requirements. Complete one year of related work experience and maintain Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician. Work evening shifts primarily from 3:30pm to 12:00am with weekend and holiday rotation, including every third weekend. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or the equivalent
- Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician
- One year of related work experience
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT)
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Every third weekend
