Medication Care Manager

Inform others of changes in a resident's condition, dispense medications to residents, and maintain records of medications administered. Assist with resident physical care, meals, and activities while communicating effectively and practicing effective team behavior. Build resident and family satisfaction by demonstrating effective interpersonal relationships and managing time effectively. Maintain resident confidentiality and meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on a TB screen. Must be a minimum age of 18 years old and complete Aegis Medication Training Certification.
