Job Summary
Medication Associate responsibilities include assisting with administration of medications to residents, preparing and dispensing medications, documenting medication administration, and monitoring residents for adverse reactions. Requires Med Tech certification and PA State DHS Medication Certificate; HS diploma or GED. Also need to pass a drug test and a background test. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
