Medication Assistant, Memory Care

Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs while transcribing documentation in the Medication Assistance Record. Assist residents in AL and Memory Care with activities of daily living, vital signs, first aid, and wound care, communicating with outside health care professionals as necessary. Be observant of changes in resident physical or mental state and report them to leadership. Transport residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining. Respond to emergency calls, resident requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
