Job Summary
Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs while transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record. Assist residents in AL and Memory Care with activities of daily living, vital signs, first aid, and wound care. Transport residents to activities, departments, or dining, and respond to emergency calls, resident requests, and environmental hazards. Report any changes in resident physical or mental state to leadership. Work part-time Fridays and Saturdays from 6 am to 2 pm. Must hold AZ caregiver certification; CPR/FAID preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- AZ caregiver certification
- Must be available for Friday & Saturday 6 am-2 pm
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/FAID certification
- Experience working with an elderly population
- A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance
- Experience with dementia patients
