Job Summary
Prepare and administer medications, review care plans, and measure vital signs on new computerized software. Assist with resident cares including answering calls, feeding, and helping to the bathroom, while observing behavior changes and reporting them to supervisors. Support housekeeping and laundry duties as requested. Shift runs 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a $1,500 bonus and experience-based wage increases. Requires a valid CNA/CMA Level II license in North Dakota.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current, valid CNA/ Level II CMA licenses in the state of North Dakota
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
- Must be a team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations
- Must have strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff
