Medication Assistant , Assisted Living - Full Time

Medication Assistant in Assisted Living responsible for medication management, transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record, assisting residents with activities of daily living (including memory care as needed), taking vital signs, first aid and wound care, coordinating with outside health care professionals, transporting residents within the community, and responding to emergencies. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and meeting state educational requirements; CPR certification preferred and experience with elderly populations is advantageous.
